Turn around time is 15-21 business days on all products unless stated otherwise. Turn Around Time Does Not include weekends, holidays or owners vacation days. Turn Around time for ready to ship items are 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise. 

If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate items, please send me an email to smalltowncreate@gmail.com within 3 days.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. MSTC is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again. ​

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.
